This policy explains what personal data BuyYouTubeChannel collects when you use buyyoutubechannel.store, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Browsing this site requires no account and no personal data. You can view every listing, use the valuation calculator, and read every policy page without identifying yourself.

When you contact us — by WhatsApp, email, or by submitting a channel — we receive whatever you send: your name, phone number or email address, and the channel details you provide.

For sellers who proceed to a listing, we additionally collect analytics access and ownership evidence needed to verify the channel, and payout details needed to pay you.

For buyers who proceed to a purchase, we collect the identity and payment details our escrow process requires.

The valuation calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never sent to us unless you choose to press the WhatsApp button, which opens a message you can read and edit before sending.

The seller submission form works the same way: it builds a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is stored on this website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Public listings do not identify the channel. We publish metrics and a description; the channel name, URL and seller identity are disclosed only to a buyer who has been verified and has agreed to keep them confidential.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted within 12 months.

Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you would prefer to avoid that, the site can be reconfigured to self-host its fonts — tell us and we will.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

Where we hold data because a transaction or the law requires it, we may not be able to delete it immediately — we will tell you if that is the case and why.
