BuyYouTubeChannel operates buyyoutubechannel.store, a marketplace that introduces buyers and sellers of YouTube channels. We are an intermediary. We do not own the channels listed on this site and we are not a party to the sale contract between a buyer and a seller.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube LLC or Google LLC.

You may browse listings without an account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to transact through us.

You agree not to scrape, republish or resell listing data, and not to use the site to solicit our users for competing services.

We verify the metrics shown on each listing at the date stated on the listing page. Verification means we have observed the seller’s analytics directly. It is not an audit, a guarantee of future performance, or a warranty of the channel’s condition.

Metrics change constantly. The figures on a listing describe a point in time and will differ from live figures by the time you transact.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, including where we discover information that was not disclosed to us.

A sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller. We facilitate it: we verify listing data, hold funds in escrow, and coordinate the transfer. We are not the seller and we do not take title to any channel.

Where we provide a written sale agreement, that document governs the transaction and takes precedence over anything on this website.

Buyer funds are held in escrow and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms they have received full ownership of the channel.

A buyer is entitled to a full refund where the transfer cannot be completed, where the channel’s verified metrics differ materially from those published on the listing, or where the channel’s policy record has changed adversely between verification and transfer.

A refund claim must be raised before the buyer confirms transfer. Once ownership is confirmed and funds released, the sale is final except where we have made a material misstatement.

Buyers pay no fee to us. The listing price is the amount payable.

Sellers pay a commission of 8% of the sale price, deducted from the proceeds and charged only on a completed sale. There is no listing fee. Managed sales are charged at the rate set out on our pricing page or in your written agreement with us.

You warrant that you are the lawful owner of the channel, that you have the right to sell it, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

You must disclose all copyright strikes, community guideline strikes, active claims, monetisation rejections, and any licensing arrangements affecting the content.

You must not offer to transfer an AdSense account. Google prohibits this and we will terminate any listing where it is offered.

We do not warrant that a channel will retain its audience, traffic or revenue after transfer. Past performance is not a prediction of future earnings.

We do not warrant that YouTube will approve monetisation on any channel, or that YouTube will not take action against a channel in future. Those decisions belong to Google.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with a transaction is limited to the commission we received in respect of that transaction.

You must not attempt to complete a transaction outside our escrow process after being introduced through this site. Doing so removes your protection and releases us from any obligation in respect of that transaction.

You must not misrepresent metrics, ownership, or policy history. We report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you transact is the one that applies to that transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.
